Where do I instal the patch to?

Hi, I installed neotokyo earlier, and it had that this map differs from this one and all. So i looked on the forums and found out you had to download the patch. But, ive never downlaoded a patch, so where do I instal the patch to?

If I recall correctly, it should find the folder to patch by itself, if you didn't change the default.
