In an attempt to cut down on repeat threads, please read through this post in regards to your issue before posting.

Issue: Vista HL2.exe and "Can't load lump..." crashes.

Possible Fix: Install these Microsoft updates.

Issue: Able to cloak whilst spectating.

Status: Being looked into. Worth noting that only you alone can see/hear it so does not affect gameplay.

Issue: 3rd person models leaning at odd angles (90°) permanently.

Status: Being looked into. If you can re-produce this bug 100% of the time please contact Glasseater or Tatsur0 via PM.

Issue: Weapons doing random damage.

Status: This is caused by firing on different parts of the body and the way the game handles penetration. You'll mostly notice a difference of 1-4hp unless you try firing on different locations of the body. The issue is being looked into.
